Terms of Service

Launch draft — attorney review before high-volume client contracting.

Columbiana Group · Grayson, Georgia · sherice@columbianagroup.com
Effective: August 17, 2026

Plain language on purpose. These terms cover using this website and, at a high level, how we work. Specific projects get their own written proposal — and where a proposal and this page differ, the proposal wins.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse, share links, and reach out. Don't misuse the site — no attempting to breach it, scrape it into someone else's product, or misrepresent it as your own work.

Our content

The design, copy, and code of this site belong to Columbiana Group. Third-party assets we use (like the 3D chess queen model) are credited with their licenses in the site footer. Don't reuse our site's content commercially without asking — we're easy to reach.

Concept work and demos

Concept directions shown on this site are our own creative work, built to demonstrate what we do. They are not client work unless labeled as client work, and they don't represent any real business unless one is named.

How engagements work

Real work runs on a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, and price, agreed before we start. A few standing principles that every proposal inherits:

  • Scored before shipped. Every build is measured against our written quality bar before you're asked to look at it, and we don't ship under it.
  • Honest claims only. We won't put a number or claim on your site that we can't source, and we hold our own site to the same rule.
  • Your property. When a project is paid for, the site we built for you is yours — files, content, and domain stay under your control.
  • No surprises. Changes to scope, cost, or timeline get raised in writing before they happen, not after.

What we can't promise

We build for results and we measure them, but no honest agency guarantees specific rankings, AI-recommendation placement, traffic numbers, or revenue — search engines and AI systems change without asking us. What we commit to is in the proposal; what we report is measured, not estimated.

Liability

To the extent Georgia law permits: this site is provided as-is, and our total liability related to your use of this site is limited to the greatest extent allowed. For client engagements, liability terms live in the project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Anything disputed gets resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over Gwinnett County, Georgia — though we'd rather solve it over email first.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows; the effective date above always reflects the current version.
